This website is operated by RUBABK4 COURSES (SMC-Private) Limited. It is a registered company since 2020 in Pakistan under The Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) bearing incorporation number 0154494. We provide online preparatory courses for various exams which include but not limited to MRCOG, MRCPI, FCPS, MCPS. Any new courses, services, features, or tools which are added in the future shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We offer this website for your personal and non-commercial use and for informational and study purposes only. All materials provided are copyright protected and the sole property of the company.

General Conditions
In consideration for RUBABK4 COURSES granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree not to misuse, misconduct with, or abuse our Services. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. Payments and Refunds
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Places on courses will only be confirmed once the course fee payment has been received. We use third-party payment processors to assist us in processing your payment information securely. Such third-party processors’ use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this Policy. We suggest that you review their respective privacy policies. In the event that we are unable to supply any RUBABK4 COURSES products that you have attempted to purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a refund in the event that you have paid for a product that we can no longer supply. We will not, however, be liable to the full extent permitted by law, for any direct or indirect loss caused as a result of not being able to supply you with such product. You can make a request for cancellation of the course within 24 hours of subscribing by writing to us at info@rubabk4courses.com with receipt or proof of payment attached and a valid reason for such a request. Please note, that where dual policies are applicable, 3rd party policies take precedence. The Company reserves the right to decline any refund request at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide an explanation. The decision to deny a refund shall be final and binding. We will review your refund request and once the request is approved, we will initiate a refund (exclusive of taxes/processing fee) which will be transferred to the same bank account or credit/debit card you have used during your subscription. Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property Rights in the course material including but not limited to the lecture notes, written study material, and other things made by the trainer are and remain, the intellectual property of RUBABK4 COURSES (SMC-Private) Limited whether adapted, written for, or customized for the Client or not. You are not authorized to:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.

• Record on video or audiotape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given.

• Use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer.

• These videos are the sole property of the company.

• Access is provided only for subscribers/members till the exam day.

• Any further sharing or recording of the shared videos on the part of candidates is completely prohibited.
